AN ORDINANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE 2013-1 OF THE TOWN OF ST. FRANCISVILLE, PER SECTION 8.1.H., ZONING MAP AMENDMENT, TO REZONE 7689 US Highway 61, Legal Description: TRACT 4-A AND TRACT 4-B LOCATED IN SECTION 66, T2S, R3W, from RS-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential to BMX Business Mixed Use. (Dentist Office on Hwy 61).
 
*A Public Hearing for Ordinance 2018-10 shall set for January 8, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. The Public Notice for said hearing shall be advertised in the official journal 3 times (December 20th, December 27th and January 3rd).

FRANCISVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 17-125 PUD CONCEPTUAL PLAN APPLICATION AND APPROVAL, TO REZONE 13.317 Acres of 5191 Burnett Lane, Legal Description:
      
29.857 ACRES SITUATED IN SECTIONS 44 & 68, T3S, R3W, from a split zoning of RS-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential, RM-1 Multiple Family Single Density Residential, and CH Commercial Highway to PUD Planned Unit Development. (The New Development on Burnett Road).
