Historic District Commission Meeting Minutes from the Thursday-November 1, 2018 meeting that
 took place at 5:30pm at the Historical Society Museum 11757 Ferdinand Street, St. Francisville, La.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30pm by chairman Paul Martin.

Commissioners Present: Herschel Harrington, Jim Dart, Paul Martin, and Lynn Leak
Commissioners Absent: Wayne Slater
Guests: Brandon Branch and Stuart Maginnis

A motion was made by Jim Dart and seconded by Lynn Leak to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim Dart and seconded by Herschel Harrington to approve the minutes from the
November 1, 2018. motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim Dart and seconded by Herschel Harrington to elect Wayne Slater as Vice Chairman. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim Dart and seconded by Lynn Leak to approve the landscape plan that was submitted by Brandon Branch for The St. Francisville Inn. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Lynn Leak and seconded by Herschel Harrington to paint the front wrought iron railing SW6232. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim Dart and seconded by Herschel Harrington to adjourn at 5:50pm.
