AN ORDINANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE 2013-1 OF THE TOWN OF ST. FRANCISVILLE, PER SECTION 8.1.I, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AND TOWN OF ST. FRANCISVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 17-125 PUD CONCEPTUAL PLAN APPLICATION AND APPROVAL, TO REZONE 13.317 Acres of 5191 Burnett Road.

Pursuant to Section 8.1.H of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Town of St. Francisville (hereinafter “Town”). This is a request for a zoning map amendment for the Town of St. Francisville Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Map for 13.317 Acres of 5191 Burnett Road, from a split zoning of RS-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential, RM-1 Multiple Family Single Density Residential, and CH Commercial Highway to PUD Planned Unit Development

Legal Description of Property: 13.317 ACRES SITUATED IN SECTIONS 44 & 68, T3S, R3W. See Attachment A.
